Cancellation Policy
Photoshoot Session Booking Policy To ensure a smooth experience for both clients and the photographer, please read the following booking terms: 1. Booking & Payment A non-refundable deposit of [25-50%] is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due [on the day of the session / 24–48 hours before the shoot]. Your session is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Payment methods accepted: GCash - 0926 390 2677 - Carmela Jane Ricote 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule once at no charge if done at least [48–72 hours] in advance. Cancellations made less than [48 hours] before the session will forfeit the deposit. If you are more than [15–30 minutes late], the session may be shortened or canceled without refund. 3. Turnaround Time Edited photos will be delivered within 3-5 days after the session date. (Sent Via Google Drive) Rush edits are available for an additional fee. (Php 500) 4. Image Rights The photographer retains the copyright to all images. Clients receive a license for personal use (e.g., social media, prints). Commercial use requires a separate licensing agreement. 5. No Shows Clients who fail to attend their scheduled session without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and may be charged the full session fee.
