Photoshoot Booking Policy

To ensure a seamless experience, please review our booking terms and conditions before securing your session: Booking & Payments • Deposit Required: A non-refundable deposit of [25–50%] is required to secure your date and time. Sessions are not confirmed until the deposit is received. • Remaining Balance: The final balance must be paid [on the day of the session / 24–48 hours before the shoot]. • Payment Methods: Payments can be made via GCash to 0926 390 2677 (Carmela Jane Ricote). Rescheduling & Cancellations • Client Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session once at no additional charge, provided you give at least [48–72 hours] notice. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than [48 hours] prior to the session will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. • Studio Cancellations: The photographer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen emergencies, sudden illness, or extreme weather conditions (Acts of God). In these rare cases, your deposit will be fully transferred to a rescheduled date or refunded. Tardiness & No-Shows • Late Arrival: If you are more than 15–30 minutes late, your session may be shortened to fit the remaining time or canceled entirely without a refund. • Rescheduling Fee: If a late arrival requires the shoot to be moved to a different day, a rescheduling fee of ₱500 to ₱1,000 will apply, subject to the photographer's availability. • No-Shows: Failure to attend your scheduled session without any prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and you may be billed for the remaining balance of the session fee. Turnaround Time & Delivery • Standard Delivery: High-resolution edited photos will be delivered via Google Drive within 3–5 days following your session. • Rush Edits: If you need your photos sooner, rush delivery is available for an additional fee of ₱500. Image Rights & Usage • Copyright: The photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images. • Personal Use: Clients are granted a license for personal use (e.g., social media posting, personal prints, and archiving). • Commercial Use: Any commercial use, advertising, or third-party publication requires a separate, written licensing agreement.v
